Charda is a wonderful realtor. She did not pressure me to get a new home. She had patience with me. She let me know when she will out of town. I actually saw a house I wanted to go see while she was on vacation and she made arrangements for me to see it the next day. She answer all my question and if she wasn’t sure she got back with me. When you call her she answer and when you text her she will reply in a timely matter. “You should be next with Charda!”????
